When Paul Zeiger was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, he and his wife Carolyn combined their professional skills and life experience to serve the Parkinson's community. Welcome to the site for exploring their activities.

I have a slogan that says, "When you have Parkinson's, everything is therapy." What I mean is that your activities of daily living--every single one of them--provide you with an opportunity to improve your function. You can perform them with a little more grace, a little more strength, a little better body alignment, a little more safety. By gaining the awareness of mind and body that we work toward in yoga, you can train yourself to perform those activities of daily living more safely, more effectively, and with greater happiness.
